Delivery Information

Orders and products of the foudouki.gr over 10 € are delivered by the foudouki.gr itself through the company's means at no cost. For the day and time of delivery we inform you by phone or e-mail. In case of unavailability of some of the items in the order, an informative e-mail is sent to the customer. This delivery method is valid only for Attica.

-- Shipments are made from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

-- We try to ship each order within 2 – 3 working days.

The orders of the foudouki.gr are sent through the services of ACS courier and provided that  the ordered items  are available. In case of unavailability of some of the items of the order, an informative e-mail is sent to the customer.

Each order is charged with shipping (shipping costs) based on the lists of couriers and the  place of shipment, which are calculated based on the weight and volume in some cases of large or multiple packages  of the shipped goods and are added to the cost of the order. In detail you can see below the shipping charges depending on the destination:

For land destinations the charge is 4,00€ up to 3Kg (kg), for every extra kilo there is a charge of +1€. Indicative delivery time from the date of shipment 1-2 working days.

For island destinations the charge is 4,00€ up to 3Kg (kg), for each extra kilo there is a charge +1,25€. Indicative delivery time from the date of shipment 2-3 working days. Valid only for ACS

For inaccessible destinations-areas the charge is 10,00€ up to 2Kg (kg), for every extra kilo there is a charge of +3,50€. Indicative delivery time from the date of shipment 2-5 working days. Valid only for ACS

There is also the possibility of delivery for the day of SATURDAY if requested by the customer, this service is charged with an additional cost of + 2 €, in the above charges depending on the destination.

Shipments take place from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

In any case, the management of foudouki.gr will check and then inform the customer by e-mail of any charges that may arise depending on weight (kg) / volume (multiple parcels).

For large volume orders that you want us to send to you, shipping with a transport agency is advantageous. The charge in this case is 10 - 20 € for each parcel depending on the agency and the volume of the parcel while unfortunately cash on delivery is not accepted. The amount of the order must be deposited in our bank account.
