Colomba is the typical Italian, Easter sweet, in an abstract shape reminiscent of a dove. Something similar to our bun. A delicious and fluffy delicacy that is available only during the Easter season. It is made with natural yeast. Its preparation process is extremely time-consuming, which is why it is traditionally bought ready-made instead of being made at home.

Fiasconaro's Colomba is made with carefully selected ingredients, favoring typical Sicilian productions such as pistachios and oranges, Modica chocolate and apricots, but also almonds. Fiasconaro's pigeons, of which she is so proud, are made with such unique materials.
